Mirador de Aviones (Santiago)

The established Santiago spotting position at Pudahuel, close enough to the aircraft that the proximity is the main draw. Reachable on the J07 and J07E buses, which drop off right at the viewpoint. Local spotters are candid: the site is poorly maintained, the surroundings are rough with informal housing adjacent, and going alone is not recommended. During the day with families around it is reported as fine; at night it is not. Daylight visits only.

Daytime only. Local spotters consistently advise against night visits.

J07 and J07E buses stop at the viewpoint. Limited informal parking. Do not visit alone or after dark.
