An amazing spot with views of runway 35R and a view between the fences of runway 29 and 35L. The view of runway 35R is majority unblocked with no fence while the view of 35L and 29L are blocked by a fence. Sometimes planes will taxi directly next to this spot and you can walk up to the fence next to them.

Public parking lot next to the Calgary Flying Club on the south side of the field. The perimeter fence here is only about 4 ft, so shooting over it is easy — no gaps or step stool needed.

East side of the field on Anson Road, in among the hangars and business ramp. Reached via Township Road 250 to Hurricane Drive, then Anson Road.

An elevated view right next to the runway with amazing views of the airplanes and really easy to take pictures at.

Classic east-side fenceline spot for Calgary Intl. Great for arrivals on 17 and departures on 35. Open sightlines over a low fence.
