Mirador del Puente (EZE)

A bridge viewpoint on Avenida Jorge Newbery giving elevated views over Ezeiza's terminals and the departure runway. Aircraft can be seen from very low, and moving a few metres either side improves the angle. Cyclists and runners use the area, and visitors report it calm even after dark - though it is somewhat isolated, so most spotters go with a purpose, get their shot and leave. Late afternoon sun can be awkward.
