DFW Founders' Plaza

A purpose-built airport observation area on the north side of the field, with telescopes, covered picnic tables, a pergola and a live speaker feed of tower communications. Wide views across the airfield. One of the best family-friendly spotting facilities in North America and completely free.

Open 07:00-19:00 daily. Aircraft movements are near-continuous given DFW's bank structure.
