Close views of the southern runways with the sun favourably placed for photography, and Le Bourget arrivals visible too. Reachable by car, bike or on foot via a separated cycle path. IMPORTANT: photographing aircraft at Charles de Gaulle legally requires a free permit from the Préfecture - apply in advance to spotters@interieur.gouv.fr. Watching without a camera is unrestricted. Take real care crossing the D84 on arrival: it is fast-moving and drivers have misjudged the turn.
