Istanbul Airport Spotter Area

IGA's purpose-built spotting facility at Tayakadın on the airport perimeter. The build quality is good and the position works well for an airport of this scale. The significant caveat repeated by visitors is limited access - despite listed daily hours, spotters have reported it open only about one day per week, and several have travelled internationally only to find it shut. Confirm access with the airport directly before planning a trip around it.
