Final Approach: Danville Terminal

A landscaped lookout on the west side of Pearson with a wide horizon-to-horizon view over the airport and the GTA, marked by a steel paper-aeroplane sculpture. A paved path climbs gently to the top. Good for approach shots and for wide contextual views of the airfield rather than tight fenceline work. Native grasses and wildflowers have been planted around the site. Surroundings are industrial and litter has been an ongoing complaint.

Evenings are the pick, both for the arrivals bank and for sunset over the field.
